Your workplace provides Mindy’s mind care to support your daily life and well-being. On this page, you can find information about the mind care and book an appointment with the mental health professional of your choice.

This page is for employees of companies using Mindy’s mind care. If you are not sure if your employer offers Mindy’s services, please contact your HR.

If you want to book a self-paid appointment for our psychologists or psychotherapists, please make booking on this page.

Unfortunalty the booking system is currently only in Finnish. However, this is a quick guide on how to make an appointment booking via our system.

Choose your preferred service language by clicking the tab ‘Kieli’.
English = Englanti, Spanish = Espanja, Russian = Venäjä, Swedish = Ruotsi. After you have chosen the language, the booking system filters you the therapists providing service in your preferred language.

‘Palvelu’ means service type, such as mind care. Choose the available appointment you’d like to make a booking for, from the drowdown list.
To book an appointment for mind care, choose: ´Yrityssopimus Mielenhuolto`

Practical information

Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments:

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge as long as you notify us by the previous working day before 12:00 PM. Any cancellations made later than this will incur a charge for the appointment.
  • Please inform your psychologist/therapist directly about any cancellations, either by phone or email at [email protected].

Majority of our mental health appointments are remote sessions. But if you booked an appointment to one of our locations, check the addresses and directions here.
